Debt Agreement Proposal Lodgement Fee

A debt agreement proposal lodgement fee came into effect on 1 January 2011. The debt agreement proposal lodgement fee applies to all debt agreement proposals lodged from 1 January 2011 regardless of whether the proposal is lodged by an administrator or a debtor wishing to administer their own proposal.

Debt agreement administrators will be able to provide debtors with further information on how to pay the debt agreement proposal lodgement fee. Debtors wishing to administer their own debt agreement, please contact our Information Service on 1300 364 785 for further information.
