INSOLVENCY AND TRUSTEE SERVICE AUSTRALIA (ITSA)
Strategic Procurement Outlook

ITSA is responsible for administering and regulating Australia’s personal insolvency administration and aims to deliver a system that produces equitable outcomes for debtors and creditors, enjoys public confidence and minimises the impact of financial failure on the community.

ITSA prepares an annual forecast of expected contract opportunities, for each financial year, to assist the procurement process and to enhance competition.

The planned procurements outlined below are expected to be initiated in 2009-10. They are based on plans available in June 2009. While these plans may change, they represent ITSA’s intent at the date this plan was prepared.

Request documentation for all open procurements will be available through AusTender when ITSA approaches the market.

All planned procurements are subject to revision or cancellation. Final decisions will not be made until each procurement has been initiated. This data is for planning purposes only.
