Enforcement
The Enforcement area is primarily responsible for compliance with the personal insolvency-related offence provisions contained within the Act. This includes the identification and investigation of material offences under the Act and where appropriate, the preparation of briefs of evidence for prosecution by the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions.
