It is suggested that you first contact your trustee or administrator to see if you can resolve any issues you may have concerning the administration of your bankruptcy, Part X or debt agreement. Where it is not possible to come to a workable solution, a complaint can be forwarded to Regulation & Enforcement - contact details.

It should be noted, that Bankruptcy Regulation cannot compel a trustee to alter their decision in matters involving the exercise of powers or duties under the Bankruptcy Act, 1966 eg sale of an asset or admission of a proof of debt.
