Online Services for Trustees

The first phase of Online Services included:

• manage some registration information (eg your contact details)
• grant access for Trustee personnel to the online service (includes the ability to audit all activities of personnel on this service)
• generate a current Certificate of Appointment for any administration where you are the trustee
• view your list of administrations currently on-hand (excluding Debt Agreement administrations)
• view details of each administration, both active and finalised (debtor names, administration type, start/end dates, administration status, discharge status, etc)
• finalise or reactivate an administration
• view document lodgement history with ITSA and ascertain the processing status of these documents.

• manage and submit Realisations and Interest Charge payment information
• history of RC/IC payments
• lodge Annual Estate Returns (either upon finalisation of a matter, or at the end of the financial year)
• historical AER lodgement data
• summary report of administrations on hand
• detailed report for each administration
• printable receipt when submitting to ITSA

• lodge objections to discharge from bankruptcy
• request the issue of an Official Receiver Notice
• lodge Consents to Act where a petitioning creditor has requested your appointment
• lodge other documents that require filing with the Official Receiver
• view documents associated with administrations
• view a list of Debt Agreements that you administer
• view and manage your account with ITSA where you have established a credit facility with ITSA for OR Notice applications, NPII searches and s188 lodgements
